    I love working legs and hate doing concentrated Ab work such as crunches. I prefer exercises that help u engage your core without doing traditional Ab work.

    Runners?

    I've been running since 2001. I've done a marathon, half marathons, and right now I'm doing 5ks here and there. My PR is 25:30 and I achieved that just last year (took me years!). Running has always been hard for me. Right now I'm wearing Brooks.

    Did you eat go lean or go lean crunch? Also with these cereals you should make sure you carefully measure them out according to the serving size. You may have to work your tolerance up by starting with a half cup for awhile and then gradually increase to get up to the full serving.

    Do you workout for more than an hour?

    One or two days a week I do workout longer than an hour. I might take a 45 minute toning class during lunch time and then go to Zumba in the evening at 5:30.

    Does anyone else notice that they sleep deeper and more restful after yoga workouts? I did yoga max last night and slept so much better afterwards. I've noticed the same thing when I do Stretch Max.

    I did IMAX 2, stretch max with the ball and Zumba toning. The guilt from all the eating got to me today. Must eat cleaner the rest if the week. I log all my calories thru myfitnesspal and was not happy with myself at all!
