    1 hour mark

Does anyone else feel like a "slacker" when you do a workout less than an hour long? I know it's absolutely ridiculous to feel that way! Prior to being pregnant and having my son last September, I averaged 6-8 hours/week. Now I'm averaging 45 minutes, 5-6 days/week. Even though I know I'm...

    Cathe-My baby does abs :)

I just had to share this video of my little guy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqdPScqEPe4 Once you get about 25 seconds in, you'll see why I think it's so funny that he's lifting his legs. :) Your videos are so good that you can even convince a 3 month old to work out! :)

    oh my midsection

Thanks for your thoughts. Kate, I really wanted to buy core blast back when I was pregnant, but I just couldn't justify buying yet another workout! Right now, my ab work is very random..whenever I can fit in a few minutes. When I get back to being able to do more videos, I may consider buying...

    oh my midsection

I've been kind of MIA on the boards lately, as I recently started back to work full-time :(, but I finally have a minute to ask my burning question...and I'm sure one that comes up often. How in the world am I going to get my mid-section back? I had my baby 3 months ago, and all things...

    starting periods again after breastfeeding

From my understanding, some irregularity is normal...but I'm not sure to what extent. I'm also still breastfeeding my first child, so I don't have any firsthand experience. I'm just trying to figure out when mine will return. I'm down to nursing/pumping only 2-3x/day. Good luck on your quest...

    Night Sweats?

ugh..night sweats. I know I was a lot warmer when I was pregnant (though it was also summer :) ), but I REALLY got night sweats after birth. Like the others, I would wake up with my pajamas soaking wet. Yuck. I had my LO 12 weeks ago, and I still think I'm a lot warmer at night.

    ---- pp friday/weekend ----

Stephanie--Hugs! Sorry to hear about your DH being a jerk (sorry if that was too strong..) Hope your incision gets better so that it's one less thing for you to worry about. Caden had a great night in the crib once he FINALLY fell asleep at 11:15. He slept until 2:45 then again from 3:30...

    post partum thursday!

Hello! I feel so out of the loop. I was out of town for awhile visiting my parents and then started back to work PT this week. Getting ready at 6am is tough, but I enjoy being out of the house for awhile. Stephanie--Naps..ugh! Huge struggle for us. No matter how sleepy Caden seems when I put...

    Get Out and Vote PP-Tues!

Kate--Wish I would have thought of voting absentee. I'm a little nervous to bring Caden to the polls--hopefully, the lines aren't too bad and I have a happy baby. As for sex, we did it once at about 4wks PP and not again since. With Caden sleeping and napping with us as much as he does (and his...
