    for those who eat before am workout.... what do you eat?

    Nothing, unless I'm running 10+ miles. I've tried but it makes me feel heavy and weighed down. When I do run long distances, I get up extra early so I have time to "visit the ladies room" after eating, which is usually a small bowl of oatmeal.

    Whenever I need to take off a couple pounds, running does it everytime for me and whether I do it outside or on my treadmill makes no difference.
