    Club step absolutely. I bought one in the early 1990's and it lasted until this year when I bought a new one. It did not sit unused, I'm an avid Cathe workout person (Cathlete I guess is the right term) so it was used almost daily. Good investment absolutely.

    Bosu Trainers

    Are Bosu trainers worth the investment? There are a few new workout DVD's that intrigue me but they require these, and they are not cheap. Also, what is the verdict on TRX workouts....the suspension type equipment and methods. Do they work? Thank you in advance for any info or opinions.

    Cathe tapes available to rent in order to try

    Great idea, I keep forgetting most libraries carry tapes and DVD's, as I live out in the country, 50 miles from any library, but my friends are mostly in cities or suburbs. Thanks!
