    Wow until I read this thread I never thought of slowing her down. I agree with lower step and no step. I alternate Cathe Step with Treadmill and sometimes rebounder. Interesting, I do the same as you.

    Shannon said s.th. that maybe Cathe may have said but I never caught: For lunges onto the step it's an up and down motion as opposed to forward and back. That's easier on the knees, so I was able to do them (it's been months!)
