    Skincare?

    So I do suffer from an occasional breakout but mostly on the back of my legs/butt :( I'm happy it's not in a highly visible area but would still rather have nice skin. I do shower right after my workouts, avoid tight fitting clothes etc. Any tips?

    Weider Ruthless

    So I noticed this one has come up a few times - certainly in the last Body Beast posting so I have to ask - recommended to add on? If they're all 20 minutes, seems like a nice way to add some cardio to a weight day.
