    It WAS fun!! The first part is cardio blasts. A lot on the step but no choreography, just blasts. Then you go right into lower body Metabolic. My legs were shaking! It was great and it’s another one that went right into my favorites file!

    Attending a live class as guest?

    I don’t see why not!! You would have to sign up for the class and pay a fee for the day (I’m guessing). Do it and post when you go so I can yell hello to the tv when I see you. Cathe often says hello to the guests that join the Live classes.
