    Definitely feel more toned and look tighter in the legs, but that's also with a clean diet which is key for me being an old lady of 49 post menopause lol! I would even repeat the rotation as it's so effective and such a good balance. Jamie

    Interesting article Jodi, thanks for posting. I haven't watch the show for years and was always flabbergasted at how much weight these contestants would lose on a weekly basis.     Whichever one you will stick to consistently. It's a personal preference and I enjoyed RWH more but it is very intense with lots of cardio. Currently I'm doing ICE/ RWH and really liking that. Jamie

    Awe don't feel defeated after starting a new workout. RWH is very intense and advanced but if you're not quite ready for that why don't you choose one of the premixes for each workout instead? The leg ones are the most difficult IMO and when i chose the premix that added the abs in between...
