Anyone doing ICE/RWH Rotation

I'm in week 3 already and really love it - i've made a few personal tweeks to the schedule because i like to work legs 3 times/ week but it's a great balance of intensity with the 2 series.

Are you seeing results from it? I have never done RWH before so figured this was a good way to ease into those. I started with level II of ICE and liked those, but wanted something more.

Definitely feel more toned and look tighter in the legs, but that's also with a clean diet which is key for me being an old lady of 49 post menopause lol! I would even repeat the rotation as it's so effective and such a good balance.

Jamie - that is good to know. Definitely the results I am looking for, legs especially and I am another old lady of 50 post menopause and can use all the help I can get at this point. lol

May I ask what leg 3 workouts you do? I'm in the same category as the others...51 and in menopause. Thank you.

I generally alternate the RWH legs, RWH lower body circuit and ICE chiseled lower body. Sometimes I'll sub one of my Booty Extreme 2 leg workouts just to switch things up. These along with the leg intensive low impact sweat and hiit from these 2 Cathe series has done wonders for toning my legs. I'm repeating another month I liked the results so much.
