    Regarding STS2.0 Abs

    I actually have my mini ball a bit deflated. We use them that way in the Pilates studio I go to. We use mini balls of various sizes and various levels of inflation. They are easier to grip and are less likely to roll out from under you. You just can't use them for bouncing.

    I did the Standing Metabolic and Standing & Floor together and it's a good ab workout. Pulling the weight plate back in on the mermaids really got my abs. Then the planks finished them off.

    I broke down today and bought the STS Dip/Pullup Bars

    It was like that for me too. I used to go every 8 weeks until lock down. Then I had to cut my own fringe and realised I could actually do this and not mess it up. Now I only go to get it cut about 2-3 x per year and just cut my fringe between visits.
