    I've developed tendon pain in my biceps/shoulders and read that working on the negative can help this condition. I'm taking some time to heal, but am hoping someone would suggest which Cathe DVDS/Live workouts concentrate on the negative movements. Thanks for any suggestions.

    Workout Blender on IPAD

    When I use Workout Blender on the IPAD it stops between chapters. I have to push play each time. Any ideas? Plus I think it would be great to have a forum folder called workout blender where we can suggest different workouts we've used off someone else's uploaded blends. Thanks

    My teenage daughter says her knees hurt when she does the ball roll ins for gluten and hamstrings. Anyone know why this would hurt her knees? Could it be the size of the ball?

    I was so intimidated by Cathe until I started the low impact series 4 years ago. It was just what I needed. My daughter and I laugh now that we do all the workouts, not just the low impact ones. She always says, "Cathe's warm ups are harder than all our old workouts in their entirety!" I am 46...
