    Chest and tris, 12 sets bench up to 205x3 215x2 225x1 205x3 then coming down sets at 185 and175 155 135 without the block. Tris were 3 sets skullcrushers and 1 set pushdowns. The reunion was fun but got home late Sunday so "mailed it in" Monday!! Keep killin it friends!!

    Today was a bwt leg day, squats x50 30 30/ single leg calf raises x50 30 30/ static lunges x25 20 20 and finished with a 2min plank.....that's all folks!! Not much, but slept in since I didn't get to sleep until about 2:30 it was the best I could do, trading 5:00 for 6:00! Shooting for shoulders...
