    Hi ladies! Today I did XTrain's Chest, Back & Shoulders and the 100 rep lateral raise challenge on that DVD. I used 5 lbs for the challenge but really think I could do it with 8 lbs next time. Roxie-I'd say moving and unpacking counts as a workout! I hope your new job gets better...
