    Hi ladies! Today I did PHA Training, Extreme premix #2 with 4 risers instead of 3. I love this workout...it's weight training...it's cardio with no jumping around...and it flies by. Just awesome! Belinda, hope you are surviving your liquid diet!

    recovering from shoulder injury - how to balance sides?

    I also like the idea of working each side independently. I know the shoulder section for Burn Sets has several alternating shoulder exercises. Also, I believe the rear delt bonus from XTrain has alternating work. Those might help wth getting that shoulder back up to the level of the well one.

    Today I did Cathe Live Cardio Mish Mosh and a 15 minute stretch from JSTV. That was a tough Live workout! sisu, you're making some good choices for workouts. I think the ICE Upper Body is a good workout to help see where your shoulder is at. Hope you all have a great weekend!
