    Thank you I really need to lean out, I'm tempted to skip my last week of Sts strength and get started with Ripped With Hiit. Especially after it was mentioned that it helps trim the torso.

    You know now that I'm thinking about it, I would like to be sort of ripped for the nice spring temperatures so maybe I'll do STS meso2 after I complete this for the month of March and then I'll go into Ripped With Hiit, the two month program.

    Hi Guys, I'm in the 3rd Mesocycle of Sts and I am definitely seeing muscle. I am finishing up 5 months of Sts. Here's my dilemma, I still have more fat to burn off in order to see these muscles better. I kind of want to do another round of Sts but did any of you see more muscle definition...

    This is something that has just been bugging me, I have these puzzle mats set up so that I can do cardio with more cushion to make it a little easier on my joints. The problem is that they always come apart while I'm exercising and at times I have to pause my workout to put them back together...

    Thanks, I did Boot Camp today and it was pretty cardio intensive. I don't have a Spin Cycle so I can't do the cycle cardio( I wish I did have a Spin Cycle) so I will do something else.
