    Lib, the cheap furniture sliders that you can but 4/$8 (or less) at Walmart work great. I definitely find Afterburn to be one of the most brutal Cathes, cardio-wise! :eek: It's a winner, though. I love/hate the walking/dragging planks. Enjoy the break!!

    Today was squats, 192.5# for 3x5 and 1x7. YAY! Then RDLs 200# for 3x10 and walking lunges 2x33.5# for 3x16 steps and RKC planks 3x45 sec. Quick and tough. Squats are by far the most intimidating lift for me, but I'm feeling really good about how they're progressing. High fives all around! Roz
