You guys have inspired me to use S&H for a couple weeks before I start STS.
Its been a little while since I used S&H and it will be great to get it out again.

Well, I had to quit for a short period of time. My MIL passed a week ago, and we just had her funeral today.
FIL is a lost man now, so we'll be helping him a little more for a couple weeks.
I'm planning on starting over again Nov 29.

Hubby and I both use CBD tinctures. He, for his compressed discs in his back and I use it for relaxation and to help me sleep at night.

I have been taking Collagen protien for a while and can tell a difference. I also just started taking tart cherry caps at bedtime and that seems to be helping the arthritis in my fingers
Back in the mid 1980s when I was a teen, I was looking at the magazine rack and saw one with Rachel McLish on the cover. She had a workout routine in it with a lower body focus, but hit total body. I did that 4 times a week and fell in love with weigh training.

Edited to say, I did a GoDuckGo search and got a KTH University in Stockholm but its a Institute of Tecnology, and nothing that looks like it would be exercise physiology or that sort of study.
