    Well, I had to quit for a short period of time. My MIL passed a week ago, and we just had her funeral today. FIL is a lost man now, so we'll be helping him a little more for a couple weeks. I'm planning on starting over again Nov 29.

    Hubby and I both use CBD tinctures. He, for his compressed discs in his back and I use it for relaxation and to help me sleep at night. We both can tell it helps a lot

    I have been taking Collagen protien for a while and can tell a difference. I also just started taking tart cherry caps at bedtime and that seems to be helping the arthritis in my fingers

    I did a Goode search of Kith University, and all I get is a shoe store that sells Nike Air Jordans. HMMM. Edited to say, I did a GoDuckGo search and got a KTH University in Stockholm but its a Institute of Tecnology, and nothing that looks like it would be exercise physiology or that sort of study.
