    Why STS 2.0 works!

Same here! I think I have close to 100 Cathe dvds in my collection, but after seeing some of the good stuff Aqua Girl puts together, the ondemand, blender and live are super tempting!

    Just a special thanks....

I’m chiming in too on that one! This series has been like no other workouts I’ve ever done before. The variety, the careful instructions and plenty of options on equipment makes this a workout staple for me. While I may not do another formal 8 or 10 week rotation, these workouts will...

Body Parts - One Week In!

Thank you so much! I've been very careful with my ankle and I'm pleased at the progress I've made in just one week. Hopefully in another few weeks I'll be back to normal lower body lifting, but in the meantime, To The Mat has been a great alternative to be able to work lower body without...

Body Parts - One Week In!

I just wrapped up my first week of STS 2.0 Body Parts. I did all the workouts plus the bonuses in the following order: Chest, Back, To The Mat: Legs & Glutes, Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps. To The Mat has been a god send because I sprained my ankle a week ago while out walking Luca and its...

    Push-up options—-the other option…

That reminds me that once I finish STS2.0 Boss Loops Glutes and Core is a workout I want to go back to. I remember doing that last summer after I felt confident about my knee and it just felt so good to move again! My ankle might not be ready for the body parts legs workout, so if I’m not able...

    Push-up options—-the other option…

I just recently did the option using the orange Boss Loop around the top of the arms and I loved it!

Reviews for Body Parts in STS2.0?

Awwww thank you so much!! I’m thankful that I can walk and still lift for upper body. And To The Mat really worked my lower half and I felt no ankle discomfort. All in all, I’m fortunate that I didn’t need to visit the clinic for X-rays or a walking boot.

Reviews for Body Parts in STS2.0?

I'm on my first week of full body parts workouts and so far I've done Chest, Back, and Shoulders. I like the workouts and I really like it that Cathe shows so many options because my old timey STS Turbo Tower has really come in handy for some of the options, as well as variations on using the...

    STS 2 Results

Please be safe. There is some downright scary weather right now. I’m in Houston , Texas and yesterday was the first day in august that the temperature wasn’t at least 100 degrees. They’re forecasting 106 for tomorrow.

I’ve got that little commercial jingle stuck in my head from Burger King: “At BK have it your way. You rule!”

    New Background for Filming Set!

I remember Cathe filmed STS 2.0 last summer so, yeah, summer’s usually filming season. And we all waited a looooooooooooooooooooooooong time to receive STS 2.0!

    Favorite mixed series rotation

I totally understand on the cardio thing. When I got serious about heavy lifting it was hard for me to back off of cardio, but then I realized just how much weight training can get the heart rate up. Plus, Luca gets 2 walks a day, so that's still movement! This morning after doing the...

    Body Parts Phase

After doing the shoulders no repeats premix, I realized that I loved the exercises, but I felt like I didn't get enough work, so I've decided to do a crazy pivot for the rest of this week. Legs & Shoulders are done......so I'm gonna pull out the Slow & Heavy series and finish my week with the...

    Favorite mixed series rotation

I love that rotation you put together! Perfect Pump Upper Body and the bonus is one of my all time favorites. Ramped up Upper body from strong and sweaty is tough too. Strong body stacked sets lower from LITE is another good little lower body program. I miss my elliptical. I had an Octane...

    Favorite mixed series rotation

I really enjoyed the 3 weeks I spent with the Intensity Series. In fact, it was hard for me to decide what to do next because of how much I enjoyed that series rotation. What got me interested was when I read more about the backstory behind the Intensity Series, that it was inspired by the...

    Favorite mixed series rotation

You’re welcome! I did several weeks of the Intensity series and included muscle endurance and boot camp instead of cardio and weights. Muscle Endurance has a bite to it. Leave it to Cathe to make leg presses with a 10 pound plate feel like much more!

    Evening Meditation/Yoga/Relaxation workout

I’m thinking a cute comfy jammie like athleisure outfit! Loose lounge pants and a flowy top. She could also wear a pair of her cute Cathe socks.
