Hey Michele, could you clarify that link for me....I am trying to find it and nothing seems to work for me.

I'm not sure what you mean by it being a program. Are you talking about the calipers or the scale? I looked at the calipers and there was a software program that was part of one of those, but I didn't see that with the scale. Also, bumping for Dani:)

I'm wondering if anyone who has used FitDay can compare it to the SparkPeople site. The website is free, so I am wondering what the benefit of bumping up to a paid software might bring. Any thoughts ladies?

I would echo looking into the different rotations here and elsewhere. I think video fitness has some....correct me if I'm wrong girls, but I know there are some great rotations out there to mix it up.
