    Getting out of the rut - New check-in - All are welcome!

    I am in too. I have been doing great with food - down 9 pounds so far this month! But have been awful with exercise. I made it to disc 25 and then quit. So I am starting over. Yesterday I did a Hiit cardio work out, and today I will be back to Disc One!!

    I am by no means an expert, but for sure Cathe is -- and this is NOT what she recommends. I would only do rotations that are recommended by her.

    I just ordered the STS system - all of your great feedback pushed me over the edge. But I can't for the life of me find anything that says how long each individual workout is. Can anyone help me out? Thank you!
