    I will! Right now I'm "training" with Intensity, CCC, Anni Mairs Cardio Force, and power hour 2x a week. We'll see how it goes! I'll keep you posted.

    1st cathe workout tape

    My first workout was Intensity. That was a year ago. I am new to Cathe. It nearly broke me. Currently I am working out with CCC, Intensity, and Power Hour.
