    working out with an injury

    I have severe tendonitis in my wrist, and recently had a cortisone shot. My husband says I should take a full week off from weight training, my doctor had no comment, and I'm anxious to get back to weight training. I feel like I'm using this as an excuse not to exercise. What do you think?
