Can someone please explain the numbering system for the STS exercises, beginning on p.104 of the manual? I can't make sense of the numbers, or how to find which exercise on the dvd corresponds to which 3-digit number listed in the manual by number. Shuffling through all of those pages when...

I have just received my STS DVDs and am most impressed. I do have one problem, however. It appears as though there are about 70 or so exercises for which the one rep max must be determined. Sometimes, I cannot tell what the exercise looks like in real time by just looking at the pictures...
