    THROW THE SCALE AWAY. I was a slave to the scale for what should have been the best years of my life. If the number was up, I was depressed all day. I wish I could go back in time and shake myself. Please don't obsess over a number.

    I did All Out yesterday and loved it! Except for the switch kick lunges. I felt like an uncoordinated buffoon trying to do those. Did anyone else have trouble with these? Maybe I'm over thinking them.

    I decided to go for it and played the option with all five levels. I did give myself "permission" to quit early if I got dizzy or started gasping for air without being able to recover within a reasonable amount of time. However, that never happened! I may have been subconsciously pacing myself...
