i would like to order the Xtrain but I do not have a straight bar; can I use free weights instead. Also, I am considering ordering the core max ab workout. Would just obtaining the Xtrain workout be sufficient and or would both be beneficial. Sandra

I don't have the straight bar; can I use regular free weights instead in the Xtrain workout:).

Please advise what equipment is needed as I don't have a spin bike for the Xtrain dvd's. Thanks
