    treadmill ?

    Thanks for the reply. Yes, I did it on a 15 incline today walking at about a 3.7. My calves were burning, but I didn't really feel it anywhere else. We have 2 professional bodybuilders that bought the gym I go to, I'll ask them tomorrow:)

    treadmill ?

    How do you get the 'best burn' in your rear & thighs when on a treadmill? I seem to only feel it in my calves. I've tried everything from walking, running, then walking on an incline. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks.
