    Butts and Gutts advice?

    Hi: I'm new to this forum, I've tried the butts/gutts twice and just love it, I've been teaching fitness for about 20 years and just wish my legs looked more muscular! I'm hoping that this DVD does the trick. How many times a week should I do this program to get the results I'm looking for?
