    Need help with clean eating

    yeah- if you stop the extra sugar you'll lose the 5 pounds. my husband lost a bunch this way. I like total rasin bran mixed with a little all bran - that way you get more fiber.     peanut butter vs. cheese

    I love peanut butter on celery and cheese has always been a weakness of mine. I've recently tried fat free american cheese to put on my egg whites with mushrooms. it's not that bad. I don't cook with it other ways though- in most other dishes it just tastes fake

    I love it on salads and in my cereal - I buy a bag already ground up so occasionally I just take a half spoonful of it and wash it down with water or juice.
