    I'm choreography challenged as well. I know the Hardcore, Body Blast and Intensity Series DVD's have premixes. I do not have all of the step DVD's, but if you go to shop cathe.com and look at individual DVD's, there is tab that list the premixes included on the DVD if any. Callygrrl

    Do You Remember Your 1st Cathe Workout?

    My first Cathe workout was the Wedding Video! I bought it from Collage because it had separate step and weight training workouts on one VHS tape. I still have it, and I still use it!
