    Stretch

    There aren't many stretch DVDs out there that hold each stretch for 30+ seconds to elongate the muscles. I'd love to see Cathe do that in a DVD.

    Low Impact

    I love doing Cathe workouts but my knees can't take much impact anymore, so I'd love to see a series of cardio that is all low impact, steady state (low impact aerobics with intensity blasts, step, kickboxing, bosu, rebounder, etc.) with abs tacked on at the end.
