I used to workout w/the Firm & my sister got me hooked on Cathe!! I tryed the other day to alternate my workouts w/the Firm & just didn't feel like I got a good workout like I do w/Cathe!!! Plus she get you so much more motivated!!! You are going to love her!!! Stacy156:-)
