I find premixes that are 30-40 minutes the most useful, when I am short on time.
I never use the blender option.

I agree! Cathe, I have all your videos, but I don't do the cardio much because I want to protect my knees. I know I can modify, but it's just not much fun when I have to modify so much of the routine.

Please consider Step Jam, Step Heat, and Step Max for the future. They are my all time favorite step tapes -- intense and easy to modify for lower impact.

Thanks so much for putting more of your videos on DVD! Pamela's idea is great. I would love to have the strength segments of Bodymax on the first package. It'd make such a wonderful strength package.
