Slim Series, Shred, Yoga Booty Ballet. I use Slim Series sometimes when I travel, but nothing measures up to Cathe!
My Fitness Goals
Get permanently lean and more fit
My Success Story
I have run 15 marathons, but nothing has helped me with overall fitness goals as much as Cathe workouts. Cathe is the only thing that has gotten me to consistenly and effectively use weight workouts and as a woman in mid life, weights have made all the difference! I am much more fit than my friends who have continued just running as their primary fitness activity, and I'm having more fun. it also suits my schedule and my family time better since I can workout whenever I want to and I can do it from home.
