No, not for all, some exercises she (and I) used much lighter. I just meant the exercises where she recommended 10 kg that’s what I had been thinking or planning to use!
I’ve got a busy day cleaning, tidying and sorting things out (I‘m in Germany so the Live is in the afternoon) this sounds like the perfect treat after my hard work. Looking forward to working out with you all.

Yes, I saw that too. I’ve blended the workout with the warm-up which is one of my favourites. Think I’ll do it again tomorrow. Thanks for your response Aqua Girl.

That’s really interesting. I hope my reply didn’t come off as disparaging in any way - that wasn’t my intention at all. The spiritual aspect just isn’t for me but I respect others‘ belief systems and understand that it’s important and helpful for others.
