Bridal magazine, I bought "How to Get In Shape For Your Wedding". Since then, I've been hooked!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
The first thing that got me about Cathe was that her workouts were tough, and she made no apologies for that. "This is tough stuff, here!" she would say, with a Bring it On attitude that I loved. She's infectious with her energy, her embrace the challenge attitude. I also love that I feel like I'm working out with a friend -she makes you feel like we're all friends here, let's do this! Oh, and did I mention she is always innovative, creating new and interesting workouts - it's like she knows what we want, even before we can articulate it! My Fitness Goals
To continue to get stronger, leaner and more fit!
Specifically, to get the abs I never had in high school and lose the excess I've acquired due to pregnancies and life in general.
My Success Story
Hey, I maintained basically the same body weight even after giving birth to daughter, then 2 years later to my twin son and daughter. That's something to be proud of! (And I didn't lose my mind, either....)
