    To Clarify, I currently do not excercise consistently, i do Gilad, and it doesn't raise my heartrate, i do Core Foundations from TLp and i find it OK, i can complete 90% of it pretty well. So i think i am still very strong, althgough my cardiovasular needs improvement. Thanks again
