I'm sorry...I forgot I had a message center here! I love STS but have been kind of sporatic with it over the last 6 months. I just recently received her 4 new dvd workouts and have done Intensity and High Reps. HOLY CRAP! I honestly thought I was going to be beaten to death! So, in other words, very good workouts.
