My Success Story
About two years ago I had been coming off of an injury and began with my easiest workout dvds just three times a week. These were 15 minute workouts. I was about 258 pounds. I began listening to two weight loss podcasts which really saved my life. I started with The Reasonable Diet which showed me how to customize my own diet to my needs and then I also listened to The Inside Out Weight Loss podcast. As of today I'm down to 185#. I workout 6 days a week and I add yoga at least once a week. I do a Cathe workout three days a week. And I wog for three days a week.
