Which UB workout is thorough but only about 30 min.?

I really enjoy the PUB premixes for this - either the up premix or the down premix clocks in at about 30 mins. I mostly do the Up premix - I actually have it memorized now and can do it without the video. Lisa

    One More mat question

I use my mats on ceramic tile (smooth side down) - I don't have anything either below or on top of them and they work fine for me. I haven't had a shin splint since. Lisa

There was a server upgrade last week (I think) - you should be able to log on now. Also, some members who use AOL have been having problems.

    MP3 players

It all depends on what you want to use it for. For me, the key factor was small size and he ability to wear it on my arm. I was willing to sacrifice playing time to get that. If you want longer playing time, check out the Ipod - it's generally considered one of the best MP3 players, even more so...

    MP3 players

I have a RipFlash Trio from Pogo! Products. It combines an MP3 player, FM radio and digital voice recorder in one. I don't use the voice recorder but I liked the idea of the radio. I did a lot of research before I decided on this one. It can store about 2 hours worth of MP3s, is very small -...

I have interlocking mats on a ceramic tile floor. The mats have a smooth side and a rough side. Which side do you have facing up? I use them with the rough side facing up and the smooth side against the tile floor and they do not slide. If I reverse this, then the mats slide all over the place...

    Question on Lowends....?

I simply don't do them all. I usually do every other one and sometimes even that's too much. I just do what I can and try to improve each time. Lisa

    Fish Oil Supplements

I take Cod Liver Oil capsules. It's made by a company called Seven Seas and I take one a day. I prefer the capsules because the oil itself tastes pretty bad. It contains Omega 3 acids (EPA and DHA) which is supposed to help mainatin healthy cholesterol levels, supple joints and healthy hair...
