  • Hi Cathe - I have been using your workout for a long time - but since my posture is so bad - I have always had a little bad posture - what can I do to make it better - my shoulders have never had much strenghth and my upper back apparently does not either. What can I do to change that? Should I work on that more often and change my weight alot or what?
