I've tried the diet cokes...but I just love the sugar in the real ones:P

Workout was Bodymax 1 cardio & blasts and about 20min of yoga.
1. oatmeal w/ blueberries & walnuts. coffee (lowfat milk & sugar)
2. vanilla Hazelnut tea
3. shrimp salad wrap and potatoes. coke.

Over the weekend DH and I watched 'Failure to Launch'...which was pretty good. We also watched 'God Grew Tired of Us'... this one made us both cry and talk about bringing about a little humility!!

I am always amazed at what some people eat! No wonder America is so fat!! I have gotten to where if I eat something like a fast food burger or mexican...I have major stomach issues!!
Today is Gym Style Chest/tri and a 30min walk/run.
Tomorrow is my rest day

dried cranberries are great...I eat them in oatmeal and mixed with nuts....yum!
