    Workout pants

    I have a pair of Tek Gear legging capris from Kohls that still look new after 6+ years (for the record, I have many other pants, but just pointing out that these still look great :p). I've been happy with their line of athletic wear.

    I just wanted to add that these clips are extremely helpful! Sometimes the name of the DVD is not descriptive enough for a newbee like me.My list of DVDs to purchase is growing steadily!

    Adjustable weights?

    I've had my original Bowflex Selecttech for a few years (mine only go up to 20 lbs). I love them, but find the handle uncomfortable at higher weights, so I always wear lifting gloves. I also prefer to use a regular set at lighter weights 5, 8 lbs, and mostly use them at 10-20 range. I use them...

    Alydinva, I did CLX / TF rotation last year and while I like compound lifts and exercises, CLX was boring me a little. I did it 2 years ago and almost completed it and then had my 4th, so had no time to train for a while. Love TF though.

    I feel the same way! Plus, it was my birthday this week, thank you, DH for buying the smallest, low sugar cheese cake he could find :) But yes "forbidden food" (pun intended) is everywhere. Stray strong :)
