Thank you all so much for the suggestions! Very, very helpful. And I can tell you all "get it" because Drill Max, LIC and BM2 are some of my faves. I think I may go with Intensity, since so many of you mentioned it. Thanks again and it feels good to be back in the groove :)
Hi there! It's been ages - years! - since I've been on this forum. You guys were such a huge help to me when I was more active on here. I am trying to get back on the proverbial horse so to speak and I am looking to add some new Cathe workouts to my collection. I have pretty much everything...
thank you guys SO much! i love, love, love, boot camp, body max 2 and imax 2. so i think i will throw them all up in the air and see which one lands closest to me, lol!
this is the weekend that i'm jumping back into catheland with both feet!! i want to start off with something that just makes you feel awesome, lol. what's your most "feel good" workout??
oh yes, i'm also from a mixed marriage. my husband's family has worked with their political party for years and i definitely go the other way. thankfully, everything has been respectful so far and i don't expect that to change. it sure is frustrating though!
hmmm, i'm thinking this may be the perfect way to jumpstart my journey back to health! let me see if i can get someone to get the kiddos on the bus and maybe it can work for me. room for one more?
what a great update!!! i had stage 1 melanoma 8 years ago and have had a clean bill of health in that area since, thank goodness. i hope she is as lucky as i have been.
how great for her husband, too!!
hey all, it's been forever and i am trying to get myself back on track. i think i come to the forum just about every fall to get back on track and then somehow de-rail in the spring/summer, lol. this time i am determined to make myself stay ON track!!
i hope all are well and i am off to go...
