    I would like to figure this out also, I just started having this problem (I am 43). The girls at work that are around the same age are having this also. I cant do any high impact and the bike just doesnt seem to get that area.

    I just wanted to add also that I love PUB. I did it for the first time this morning. It moved so fast. I liked how biceps were last, usually after working them it is really hard for me to do triceps. I need alot of practice with the ab section though.

    I ordered PUB on January 9, 2003. I still havent received it yet. When I checked the tracking order it said it was shipped on August 6, 2002. What is with that? Anybody else having problems?

    stationary bikes Help!

    I received some money for Christmas to purchase a new bike. Can anybody give me any ideas on which one is better than the next. This is my main source of cardio in the winter. I have a bad knee and will no longer be able to do any impact. Any suggestions will help. Thanks.

    I hope we arent a lost cause. I am 5'4" 100lbs. My upper body is skinny, no body fat at all, however my lower half needs work. I workout 6 days a week.     Since I never will be able to do high impact again(which I love) I need some suggestions for some good low impact cardio tapes. I have been walking and stationary biking, but neither challenge me. Years of high impact have wrecked my knees. Now I need surgery, just cant afford the six weeks...
