Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
1. Cathe is so inspirational - she is super fit and very strong (bicep ST - she wipes the floor with me!)
2. I love her step workouts - I like them to be intricate enough to distract me and keep my mind working

Upper body:To be able to do unassisted pull-ups and chin-ups
Lower body: Plyo legs on STS meso 3 (haven't gotten there yet, but am already nervous about it - in a good way)
abs: To do a pike using the stability ball and one day to do the "levitate" move Cathe does on one of the STS ab cirucits.
