    A little slower for us old folks

    I could use slightly slower motions. Being tall, it's often hard to do a full range of motion as fast as shorter ladies can do them. I can do it, but it doesn't feel natural.

    Why I love LITE

    I ordered it just because of the beautiful colors and the lovely outdoor background. In winter, this will be a big incentive to get me out of bed and doing the workouts in the morning. I hope there will be more series with this type of outdoor background.
