Injury tends to happen to joints, when they're suddenly wrenched or given too much stress. Strengthen and lengthen the connective tissue, and joints are better able to withstand injury from sports and just real life. A small sports-related series including this would be nice, along with something for runners.

I noticed doing more Strength Training with free weights helps me! I was always a Cardio lover! But, since I add strength training, I become more flexible! Also, I do stretches with the ball helps me too! Jen Den
