I barely missed any of the moves the first time through both step workouts. I don't know why it was so easy for me. I think that getting the names of the moves memorized is very important. I knew what I was supposed to do for most moves by what she said not watching it. I would just keep trying...
Don't be afraid. She does a repetitive move during the 40 seconds. If she does 30 tuck jumps during the 40 seconds then just do 15 skipping every other one and focus on really good form. You can do it!
I would pay it and I have. If you decide not to then there is nothing wrong with that. Your dog is an older dog and that has to come into play. If she does have a tumor then what will you be doing? I wouldn't want to put my older dog thru a lot, like chemo. I'm imagining that it would be awful...
Loved it! I did it this morning. I loved the music. My heartrate was up and I was having fun. I was drenched. I gave it my all and have no complaints. Great workout!!

Sounds like I should do 1 minute sprint with 2 min. recovery or
30 second sprint with 1 minute recovery.

Glad to see that I'm not alone and that it's okay. I am always so cold and I was wondering if it had to do with a slower heart rate. That is probably silly.
I don't have any suggestions. I get food boredom too. My guts get mad at me when I eat something different so it's almost always the same thing every day. Boring. The only thing that's not boring about my diet is all the snacking on sugar. I love sugar!
