Thank you, firemedic. I instruct a body sculpt class at my gym, and we don’t have the loops. We do have resistance bands (with the handles). So I am looking for a Cathe Live using the resistance bands so I can pick up some cueing tips and ideas.
Loved this workout, Cathe! My favorite combos are the deadlift with knee extensions and the front/side raise with alternating leg abductions. Also loved the cardio sprinkled in between the strength work. Thank you!
Cathe, this is an excellent lower body workout. I loved every minute of it. Your cueing is impeccable and your safety and form cues are great. I have been doing your workouts for a very long time—probably close to 30 years. I realize now that your knee was probably not feeling too good, but...
Brooks Glycerin 22‘s are good. The regular width squishes my forefoot, so I had to get the Wide to accommodate my ever-widening forefoot. I guess that must happen as we age? Thank you, Mother Nature for my expanding waistline and forefeet. Lol
