I actually bought this at Kmart a few weeks ago. The step is called BodyStep and it does have Cathe All Step Video in it. It was $21. Is is a good step to start out with. This step is actually wider than the one I had that is why I wanted it and it can adjust from 4" to 6". I would recommend...
